Suggested Use

Using the scooper inside the jar, mix 1 scoop (to desired taste) with 6–10 oz (177–295 ml) of water.
For a stronger mix, use 2 scoops with 12–20 oz (354–591 ml) of water.

Do not exceed 5 scoops in a 24-hour period.
